Work Experience:
  • Experience troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop PC’s
  • Experience with basic network troubleshooting
  • Experience in a call center environment/guiding end users through troubleshooting over the phone
  • Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking team environment
  • Customer service oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responding to alarm/trouble conditions within the Network Operations Center
  • Monitoring, triaging, documenting, assigning and follow up of server and network issues and outages
  • Troubleshooting the customer’s network and escalating to appropriate team members
  • Performing incident trending and root cause post mortem analysis
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation on service work performed and ensuring timely escalation
  • Following up on tickets at pre-defined intervals until resolved
This position requires a US Citizenship or Green Card as the client is not able to provide sponsorship.
