Our client is currently looking for a sharp candidate who is interested in joining their company as an Administrative Coordinator to work with their operations and vendor maintenance team.  They are looking for candidates with strong administrative skills with property management or vendor maintenance experience.  If you are looking to join a fun and fast-moving company, please apply today!
Responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and onboard potential vendors
  • Communicate and work with vendors on open work orders
  • Monitor and close work orders
  • Assist with estimates for external maintenance including projected time and materials
  • Invoicing for internal maintenance techs
  • Review bills/invoices for completion
  • Strive for complete tenant and homeowner satisfaction
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle in-person/phone inquiries and complaints (including tenant escalation calls)
  • Report quality issues
  • Order supplies
  • Miscellaneous duties assigned by leadership
Role Requirements
  • Property Management and/or Maintenance Administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Ability to clearly and calmly communicate with tenants, vendors, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking and organization skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
