Our partner in Homewood is searching for a Human Resources Manager to add to their team.  This hire will handle all aspects of HR including payroll as well as have some accounting responsibilities as well.  They have a great, family-friendly culture and are looking for someone that fits with their close-knit team!  If you have at least two years of HR experience, please apply today!

 

Job Description:

  • Manage setting up new hires into system as well as assist with onboarding process.
  • Help with benefits and payroll-related questions and needs.
  • Maintain employment records such as hiring, promotions, issues, terminations, etc.
  • Manage payroll.
  • Manage all HR projects.
  • Handle accounting for portion of the business.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required as well as some accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must.
  • Strong self-motivation and a positive approach.
  • An accurate and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
