Our client in Birmingham, AL is searching for a candidate with technical experience and a strong customer service background. •    Experience with desktop, network, and virtual support
•    Experience with setting up, deploying and supporting Corporate PCs and Devices
•    Experience with Active Directory, Cisco and VMware products (bonus)
•    Client support experience via phone, email, in person and remote
•    VoIP, Video, and  Security Exp preferred
•    SQL report writing
•    Bachelor’s or Associates degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
•    A+ certifications preferred (willing to get)
•    AS400 experience preferred
•    SQL Experience
•    Excellent Customer Service Skills
•    Problem solver and solution finder
•    Excellent communication skills: presentation, verbal, and written
•    Valid Driver’s license
