Job Description:

  • Enroll employees in applicable benefits programs.
  • Pay benefits invoices and balance to payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Handle management of the company payroll including processing and maintaining payroll information, coordinating with regional office administrators to validate employees’ time and pay and liaising with internal departments involved in the process such as accounting, etc.
  • Assist with open enrollment for each benefit plan.
  • Serve as contact for benefits questions and issues.
  • Administer health and welfare plans including enrollments and terminations.
  • Track all FMLA occurrences and ensures compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Update the HRIS system as necessary.
  • Provide great internal customer service.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least three years of payroll experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ADP payroll system a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A customer service attitude is required!
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
  • Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within Human Resources.
