Responsibilities:

  • Generates reports through the company's database
  • Manage new hires during the onboarding process
  • Maintains payroll information, reviews personnel records and processes payroll
  • Provides daily office support
  • Actively involved with Social Media Management

  • Be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to collaborate with a team and work well independently.
  • Accepts constructive criticism and is comfortable with inputting feedback!
  • Is proactive in process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Can multi-task and switch gears quickly.
  • Someone who enjoys and is good at working with numbers!
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, prior experience using an ATS or payroll software a plus!
  • Must have 3-5 years of prior administrative experience; ideally within a HR department.
  • Degree preferred.
