Position Responsibilities Can Include:

  • Managing all HR functions such as health insurance, EEOC, unemployment, FMLA, etc.
  • Implementing and annually updating compensation program, conducting annual salary surveys and analyze compensation.
  • Developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining employee handbook on such policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for regulatory filings.
  • Coordinating annual benefit open enrollment process.
  • Maintaining employment records such as hiring, promotions, issues, terminations, etc.
  • Handling onboarding requirements for clients and employees.
  • Ensuring company compliance with federal and state laws that affect HR issues.
  • Advising employees on benefits, company procedures and more.

 

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • HRIS Platform experience is preferred
  • Superb communication skills including both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and a positive approach.
  • An accurate and detail-oriented approach to work.
